7 rooms for single occupation; 5 ensuite rooms with private bathroom and 2 other rooms sharing 1 bathroom for them.  All rooms have beds, wardrobes, desk and chair, curtains, big mirror, carpet, lamps and tv connection.  Each room has a specific and private key, as well as an electrical heater independently regulable. 

Big shared kitchen with spacious eating/social area – with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, big fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishes, glasses, cutlery and all equipment you may need to cook and to eat.

Each student resident has 1 own private locker in the kitchen for personal foods.

Shared laundry in the patio, with washing machine and manual tank, as well as space for natural drying and space for residents belongings.

Shared living room with TV.
Outdoor garden and patio with a barbecue grill and aromatic plants. 


Services included: 
Electricity, water, electrical heating, cable TV, 500 Mb Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning services in common areas and kitchen.

Rates/month: (all include up to 75€ for bills – electricity, water and internet)
